Account Manager

 

Twist is always looking for great account managers to lead our business.

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an agency required.

Client base is a mix of business to business and business to consumer clients.

Account managers must have a broad and solid knowledge of the marketing discipline from basic theory up to the newest marketing approaches in the area of digital and social media and media and blogger relations.

Account managers act as business consultants and marketing strategists to our clients and will be responsible for developing strategic plans along with supporting budgets and timelines to meet client objectives. 

In this role individuals are responsible for continually feeding the new business pipeline with opportunities from existing clients as well as new prospects.

To be a successful Account Manager at Twist you must:

  • Be a strong and effective communicator
  • Effectively present Twist capabilities
  • Seamlessly manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects
  • Be process driven -- assess, define, execute and analyze
  • Develop new business proposals in a timely manner
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Report and present information back to the client in an effective and productive way -- no surprises
  • Cultivate relationship with CEO for open discussion on all client and internal issues, successes, challenges, etc.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
